Meet Dragos Gagea
Dragos Gagea’s path into motorsport didn’t start on a physical track, but in the world of sim racing. Over the past few years, what began as simple curiosity rapidly evolved into a true passion. Every lap, every car, and every session became a step forward — not only in skill, but in confidence. With each race, Dragos started to dream bigger, coming to realize that racing was more than just a hobby. It was something he truly wanted to pursue.
That passion soon carried over into the real world. When he stepped into rental karting for the first time, the speed came naturally — finishing just one second off the fastest lap in his very first session. It was a moment that confirmed what he had been building all along. From there, the dream only grew stronger. Experiencing an owner kart for the first time pushed that belief even further, showing him what could be possible with continued effort and dedication.
But like every real journey, it hasn’t always been easy. There have been setbacks, difficult days, and moments where progress felt slow. What defines Dragos, however, is how he responds to those moments. Inspired by Ayrton Senna and his words, “Even if you try to be perfect, nobody is perfect,” he has learned to embrace imperfections, grow from them, and keep moving forward without losing sight of his goals.
For Dragos, racing is about more than results — it’s about growth, resilience, and believing in the process. His story is still being written, with each lap adding a new chapter. Looking ahead, his ambitions are clear: to step into car racing and compete in top-level series such as the World Endurance Championship, making his parents proud and proving that passion, when combined with perseverance, can take you further than you ever imagined.
At Stile Corsa, we’re proud to have Dragos Gagea as part of our family. His mindset, honesty about the journey, and determination to keep improving reflect everything we believe in. His story is real, evolving, and full of potential — and we’re excited to be part of what comes next.
