Determined to turn that dream into reality, Carson took initiative well beyond his years. He convinced his parents to let him enter the world of karting and even raised half the funds himself by selling Krispy Kreme doughnuts door-to-door. His drive and discipline opened the doors to Atlanta Motorsports Park (AMP), where he became a member and began developing his racing skills on a competitive level.
Since those early days, Carson has racked up impressive stats: 32 wins, 58 podium finishes, and 184 top-ten placements, steadily building a name for himself in the karting circuit. His consistency, focus, and sportsmanship have earned him recognition not just from fans, but also from respected figures in the racing world.
In 2023, his dedication paid off in a major way when he was selected as one of only 88 finalists in the PT Autosport Aspiring Driver Shootout—a prestigious competition offering a professional contract, funding, and support for emerging racing talent. It was a milestone that reflected not only his skills behind the wheel but also his determination to grow and compete at the highest levels of motorsport.
