As a small business, we produce items on demand to maintain efficiency and uphold our commitment to exceptional craftsmanship. For this reason, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges if the wrong size, color, or design is ordered, or if you’ve simply changed your mind.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support of our process.

However, if your item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect, we’re here to help! Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product so we can resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

How to Report an Issue

If your product is damaged or defective, please email us at stilecorsa01@gmail.com with the following details:

  • A description of the issue
  • Photos clearly showing the damage or defect
  • Your order number or proof of purchase

Once we review and approve your claim, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Damages and Issues

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Items ordered in the wrong size, color, or design due to customer selection
  • Sale items or gift cards

Refunds

If your claim is approved due to damage or a manufacturing issue, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
