Stile Corsa LLC ("SC," "we," "us," or "our") provides creative design, production coordination, e-commerce hosting, and platform visibility services to drivers ("you," "the Driver," or "the Member") who activate a collection under this program.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between SC and any driver who applies to, activates, or participates in the Driver Signature Program. By completing your activation, you enter into a binding service agreement with Stile Corsa LLC under these Terms.

This is a service agreement — not a partnership, employment relationship, joint venture, or franchise. SC is a service provider; you are a paying customer of those services.

2.1 — Age of Majority & Legal Capacity

The ability to enter into a legally binding contract depends on the applicant's age and state or country of residence. Stile Corsa strictly follows all applicable laws regarding contractual capacity:

2.2 — Adult Drivers (18+ / 19+ in AL & NE)

Drivers who have reached the applicable age of majority in their state or country may apply and enter into this agreement independently. By submitting your application and completing payment, you confirm that you are of legal age to contract in your jurisdiction.

2.3 — Minor Drivers (Under 18, or Under 19 in Alabama & Nebraska)

Drivers who have not yet reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction are fully welcome in the Driver Signature Program. However, the following requirements apply without exception:

• The contracting party is the parent or legal guardian — not the minor driver. By completing the application and payment, the parent or legal guardian enters into this agreement as the legally responsible party and accepts all Terms and Conditions on behalf of themselves and their minor child
• Application: The parent or legal guardian must personally complete the application form, provide their own contact information, and check the parental consent declaration. Applications submitted by a minor without parental involvement will not be processed
• Payment: All payments — Activation Fee and product pack — must be made by the parent or legal guardian using their own payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). SC will not process payments from accounts or cards registered to a minor
• Royalties & referral commissions: All royalty payments and referral commissions are paid to the parent or legal guardian's PayPal account or bank account. Payments cannot be directed to accounts held by a minor. The parent or legal guardian is responsible for managing and reporting any income received on behalf of the minor
• Legal responsibility: The parent or legal guardian assumes full, joint, and several legal responsibility for all obligations under these Terms, including but not limited to the non-refund policy, the intellectual property terms, the morality clause, and any financial obligations arising from the program
• Consent is binding: The parent or legal guardian's agreement to these Terms creates a legally binding contract enforceable against them directly. The minor's participation in the program constitutes the parent's ongoing ratification of these Terms
• Communication: All official communications regarding the program — approvals, design reviews, royalty statements, notices — will be directed to the parent or legal guardian's email address on file

2.4 — Drivers Under 13 Years of Age (COPPA)

For drivers under 13 years of age, the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable international children's privacy laws impose additional requirements:

• The parent or legal guardian must complete the entire application process directly — the child may not fill out any portion of any form
• No personal information about the child (name, photo, racing number, social media handles, etc.) may be collected without verified parental consent
• The parent or legal guardian must provide explicit consent for Stile Corsa to create and publicly display a driver collection page featuring the child's racing identity on stilecorsa.shop
• The driver's page will display only the information explicitly approved by the parent or legal guardian
• SC does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without verified parental consent. If SC discovers that a minor under 13 has submitted information without parental consent, the application will be immediately voided and all data deleted
• Parents and guardians of drivers under 13 may contact SC at any time to review, correct, or request deletion of any data related to their child

2.5 — Age Misrepresentation

Providing false information regarding age — whether by a driver misrepresenting themselves as an adult, or by a parent providing incorrect information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in:

• Immediate archival of the collection without refund of any fees or payments
• Forfeiture of all accumulated royalties and referral commissions
• Permanent prohibition from reapplying to the Driver Signature Program
• Potential legal action if damages to Stile Corsa result from the misrepresentation

2.6 — Application Review

Stile Corsa reviews every application individually and reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole and absolute discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. This right applies equally to applications from adult drivers, minor drivers, and applications submitted by parents or guardians on behalf of a minor. Approval is not guaranteed and does not create an entitlement to future approvals or renewals.

If your application is not approved, you will receive a brief email notification. No specific reason will be provided. You are welcome to reapply in the future.

Pack 1 — Rising includes: T-Shirt ($24.99), Phone Case ($19.99), Snapback Cap ($42.99), Hoodie ($44.99).

Pack 2 — Elite includes all Pack 1 products plus: Backpack ($84.99), Trucker Cap ($25.99), Crewneck Sweatshirt ($34.99).

Pack 3 — Legend includes all Pack 2 products plus: Performance Tee ($36.30), Racing Flag 30×40" ($39.99), Puffer Jacket ($79.99).

What the Activation Fee covers: The Activation Fee is a non-refundable service charge that covers creative direction, design of your collection, product mockups and revisions, Shopify page setup, driver landing page creation, discount code configuration, and 12 months of collection hosting on stilecorsa.shop.

What the Pack covers: The pack is the physical merchandise — your custom-designed products are produced by Stile Corsa's production partner and shipped directly to the address you provide.

USA shipping: Shipping to USA addresses is included in your total investment. No additional shipping charge will appear at checkout for USA-based drivers.

International shipping: Drivers located outside the United States pay an additional international shipping surcharge, applied automatically at checkout. The surcharges are: Rising +$25.00, Elite +$35.00, Legend +$45.00. These amounts are estimates — actual shipping costs may vary slightly depending on your specific location and our production partner's fulfillment centers. Minor overages are absorbed by SC; minor savings may be passed on at SC's discretion.

Shipping times: Physical products are fulfilled by our production partner and shipped directly to your address. Shipping times vary by location and fulfillment center. Stile Corsa is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers, customs procedures, or circumstances outside our control.

Payment processing: All payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout. Stile Corsa does not store your payment information.

During your active period, your collection page remains published on stilecorsa.shop, your products are available for purchase, your discount code is active, and you receive the social media commitments described in your tier.

Start date: Your 12-month period begins on the date your collection is published live on stilecorsa.shop — not from the date of payment or Driver Brief submission.

End date: Stile Corsa will notify you of your collection's expiration date 60 days and 30 days in advance via email.

Grace period: After expiration, you have 30 days to renew. If you do not renew within 30 days of expiration, your collection is automatically archived and removed from the platform.

Performance reviews: SC reserves the right to review collection performance at any point during the active period. Collections that generate no activity over an extended period may be subject to archival at SC's discretion.

Important — Two separate phases: The Driver Signature Program involves two distinct phases with separate timelines. Understanding both is essential before activating your collection.

Phase 1 — Design: After payment is confirmed and your Driver Brief is received, SC designs your custom collection and delivers your first design mockups within your tier's maximum timeframe. This phase ends when you provide written approval of the final designs.

Phase 2 — Production and Shipping: After your design approval, your products enter production through Stile Corsa's production partner. Production and shipping times are separate from the design phase and vary depending on the specific product, the fulfillment center, and your location. SC does not guarantee production or shipping timelines, as these are managed by our production partner.

Clock start rule: The design clock begins within 1 business day of receiving both of the following: (1) confirmed payment in Shopify, AND (2) your completed Driver Brief. If you delay submitting your Driver Brief, the design timeline shifts accordingly. Stile Corsa is not responsible for delays caused by late or incomplete Driver Brief submissions.

Maximum design delivery times from Driver Brief receipt:

Revision rounds: Each tier includes a set number of design revision rounds. A revision round is a complete set of feedback provided by you, followed by a revised set of mockups from our team. Feedback must be clear, consolidated, and submitted within 48 hours of receiving your mockups. Revisions beyond the included rounds may be requested for an additional fee, to be agreed in writing before work begins.

Design approval: Your collection will not go live and products will not enter production until you provide explicit written approval of the final designs. Your approval constitutes your acceptance that the designs meet your requirements. SC is not liable for dissatisfaction with designs after written approval is given.

Collection go-live: Once designs are approved, SC configures your products and driver page on stilecorsa.shop. Your collection goes live and becomes available for purchase while your physical products are simultaneously entering production.

Physical product delivery: Your Driver Pack — the physical products included in your tier — is produced and shipped directly to the address provided in your Driver Brief after design approval. Production and shipping times vary by product type and destination. Estimated production: 3 to 7 business days. Estimated shipping: 5 to 15 business days for USA, longer for international destinations. These are estimates and are not guaranteed by Stile Corsa.

What SC delivers:

• Custom design mockups for all products in your tier's pack — within the design delivery timeframe above
• Up to the included number of revision rounds based on your tier
• Configuration and publication of all products on stilecorsa.shop after design approval
• Your dedicated driver landing page on stilecorsa.shop
• Your unique personal discount code for your collection
• Your referral link for the referral program
• Official Driver Signature digital badge (JPG, delivered on collection go-live day)
• Physical Driver Pack shipped to your address after design approval (production and shipping times as outlined above)
• Stile Corsa sticker pack (included in your physical product shipment)

Rate: 10% of the final sale price paid by the customer. This rate is the same for all tiers — Rising, Elite, and Legend.

Calculation basis: Royalties are calculated on the final price paid by the customer — after any discounts, promotional codes, or markdowns are applied. Royalties are not calculated on the pre-discount price.

What qualifies: Royalties are earned on any sale of a product from your official collection page on stilecorsa.shop. This includes sales generated with or without your personal discount code.

What does not qualify: Royalties are not earned on your own personal purchases using your discount code. No royalty is applied to your own orders.

Payment schedule:

• Royalties are paid monthly, within the first 10 business days of each calendar month
• Each payment covers all sales completed during the previous calendar month
• Minimum payout threshold: $1.00 USD. If your accumulated royalties are below $1.00, they carry over to the following month with email notification
• There is no maximum — all royalties above the threshold are paid in full

Payment methods: You may choose one of the following payment methods. You must provide your preferred method during onboarding:

• PayPal — requires your PayPal email address
• ACH Direct Deposit — available for USA-based drivers only; requires valid US bank account information
• Stile Corsa Store Credit — issued as an eGift Card valid on stilecorsa.shop

Accuracy: Royalty calculations are based on Shopify sales reports. If you believe there is a discrepancy in your royalty payment, you must notify SC in writing within 30 days of the payment date.

Commission rate: 10% of the total pack value paid by the new driver — including their Activation Fee and product pack, before any additional charges such as international surcharges.

Rules & conditions:

• The commission is earned only when the referred driver completes full payment — not on application alone
• Referral commissions are paid in the same monthly cycle as royalties — within the first 10 business days of the following month
• There is no limit to the number of drivers you can refer or commissions you can earn
• Referral commissions apply only to new driver activations — not to renewals of previously referred drivers
• Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. You may not use your own referral link to generate a commission on your own activation or renewal
• SC reserves the right to withhold or reverse referral commissions if fraud or manipulation is suspected
• Referral links are personal and non-transferable. Sharing your referral link publicly is permitted and encouraged

Scope: The discount code applies exclusively to products within the driver's own collection on stilecorsa.shop. It cannot be used on other drivers' collections or on any other products in the Stile Corsa store.

• Discount rate: 15% off the full retail price of any product within the driver's collection
• Royalties on code-discounted sales: No royalty is earned on sales where the discount code is applied. The discount code and the royalty program are mutually exclusive — a sale is either a royalty sale or a discounted sale, never both
• Intended use: The code is designed for the driver to share with their immediate community — family members, friends, paddock crew, teammates, and local fans who wish to purchase from the driver's collection at a reduced price
• Personal purchases: The driver may use their own code to purchase products from their own collection at the discounted rate. No royalty is generated on the driver's own purchases
• Code validity: The discount code is active for the duration of the driver's active 12-month collection period. It is automatically deactivated upon cancellation, expiration, or archival of the collection
• Non-transferable: The discount code is personal to the driver and their collection. It may not be sold, auctioned, or distributed through third-party platforms for commercial gain
• Code abuse: Systematic misuse of discount codes — including generating fraudulent orders to manipulate royalties, reselling codes commercially, or using codes in a manner inconsistent with these Terms — will result in immediate collection archival and forfeiture of all pending royalties and commissions

How upgrades work:

• You pay the full Activation Fee of the new (higher) tier at a 50% discount
• You must purchase the full product pack of the new tier at its standard retail price — there is no credit for your previously purchased pack
• Your 12-month active period resets from the date of your upgrade payment
• Your collection will be updated to reflect the new tier's product count and benefits

Downgrade: Downgrading to a lower tier is not permitted during an active period. You may choose a lower tier at the time of renewal when your current period expires.

• Activation Fee: Non-refundable in full, under all circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with designs, change of plans, inactivity, or cancellation before designs are delivered
• Product pack: Non-refundable. All products are custom-produced to order by our production partner — they cannot be returned, restocked, or refunded
• Collection archival: Upon cancellation, your collection is removed from stilecorsa.shop immediately. Your personal discount code and referral link are deactivated
• Pending royalties: Any royalties accumulated from sales up to the date of cancellation will be calculated and paid in the next regular monthly payment cycle, provided the minimum $1.00 threshold is met
• Referral commissions: Any earned referral commissions pending payment at the time of cancellation will be paid in the next regular monthly cycle
• Re-application: A cancelled driver is welcome to re-apply to the program in the future. Acceptance is subject to the standard application review process and is not guaranteed

• Renewal process: Renewal is completed by purchasing a new pack for your chosen tier at the standard price — the same process as your initial activation. A new Activation Fee applies
• Tier flexibility at renewal: At renewal, you may stay at your current tier, upgrade to a higher tier, or — for the first time — downgrade to a lower tier
• Renewal reminders: SC will send renewal reminders 60 days and 30 days before your collection's expiration date to the email address on file
• Grace period: If you do not renew within 30 days of your expiration date, your collection is automatically archived and removed from stilecorsa.shop
• Post-archival: If your collection is archived due to non-renewal, any accumulated royalties that meet the minimum threshold will be paid in the next regular payment cycle. Your data and design files are retained by SC for 90 days after archival, after which they may be permanently deleted
• Pricing at renewal: Renewal prices are based on the pricing in effect at the time of renewal, which may differ from your original activation price

Platform & visibility:

• Your collection will remain published and available for purchase on stilecorsa.shop for the full 12-month active period
• Your personal driver landing page will be maintained and accessible throughout your active period
• Legend tier drivers will receive a feature placement on the stilecorsa.shop homepage

Social media content (minimum monthly commitments):

Important limitation: Social media commitments are best-effort commitments. Stile Corsa will make every reasonable effort to fulfill these commitments; however, SC is not liable for occasional missed posts due to technical issues, platform changes, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Missed posts will be made up in the following period where possible.

Design & delivery: SC commits to delivering designs within the maximum timeframes stated in Section 6, subject to the clock start rule regarding Driver Brief receipt.

Royalty payments: SC commits to accurate, timely monthly royalty payments as described in Section 7.

Your license: By completing your activation, Stile Corsa grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the designs solely within the Stile Corsa platform (stilecorsa.shop) during your active collection period. This license terminates automatically upon cancellation, expiration, or archival of your collection for any reason.

What you MAY do:

• Share photos and images of your physical products on your personal social media accounts to promote your collection
• Use your Driver Signature digital badge on your social media profiles, websites, and email signature
• Use the product images provided by SC on your social media for promotional purposes

What you MAY NOT do:

• Reproduce, sell, or distribute the designs, mockups, or graphics on any other platform, including Redbubble, Etsy, Printful, your own personal store, or any other third-party service
• Transfer, sublicense, or share the design files or source files with any third party for any purpose
• Use the designs after your collection has been cancelled, expired, or archived
• Claim ownership of the designs or represent them as your own original work
• Modify or alter the designs without SC's written consent

Your provided content: Any materials you provide to SC during the design process (personal logo, helmet photos, reference images) remain your property. By providing them, you grant SC a license to use them solely for the purpose of creating your collection designs. SC will not use your personal materials for any other purpose without your consent.

SC's right to archive — Morality Clause: Stile Corsa reserves the right to immediately archive any active driver collection, without prior notice and without refund of any fees or payments, if a driver engages in conduct that — in Stile Corsa's sole and absolute discretion — damages, threatens, or is inconsistent with the reputation, values, image, or brand of Stile Corsa LLC.

Grounds for immediate archival include but are not limited to:

• Arrest, criminal charges, indictment, or conviction for any offense
• Public controversy, scandal, or behavior that generates significant negative media attention or public backlash
• Discriminatory, racist, sexist, homophobic, or hateful statements, actions, or associations — whether made publicly or privately if brought into the public domain
• Public endorsement of, or association with, brands, organizations, ideologies, or figures that are directly opposed to the values of Stile Corsa
• Harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior directed at any individual or group
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or dishonest conduct in a competitive setting
• Any conduct that Stile Corsa, in its sole judgment, determines to be incompatible with being an official Stile Corsa Driver Signature member

Process upon archival:

• SC may archive the collection immediately and without prior notice
• SC will notify the driver via email within 24 hours of the archival action
• Any pending royalties and referral commissions accumulated to the date of archival will be paid in the next regular monthly cycle, minus any amounts SC has the right to withhold
• No refund of the Activation Fee or product pack will be issued under any circumstances

Re-application after archival under this section: SC reserves the right to permanently prohibit any driver from re-applying to the program if their collection was archived under this Morality Clause.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stile Corsa LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Driver Signature Program, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of royalties, loss of data, or loss of anticipated profits.

SC's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid for your current active tier's pack.

SC does not guarantee any specific volume of sales, royalties, or revenue from your collection. Collection performance depends on many factors outside SC's control, including but not limited to market conditions, the driver's own promotional activity, and consumer demand.

SC is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party service providers, including Shopify, our production partner, PayPal, or any shipping carrier.

Stile Corsa reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document and notify active drivers via email with at least 30 days' notice before the changes take effect.

Your continued participation in the program after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may cancel your collection in accordance with the Cancellation Policy in Section 11.

Changes to pricing or tier structure apply only to new activations and renewals — they do not affect currently active collections during their 12-month period.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Stile Corsa LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Driver Signature Program, or your relationship with Stile Corsa LLC shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or prevent imminent harm.
