The Stile Corsa Driver Ambassador Program is a free brand-building initiative for motorsport drivers. Stile Corsa LLC ("Stile Corsa", "we", "us") designs a custom merchandise collection under the driver's name ("Ambassador") and makes it available for purchase on stilecorsa.shop. Ambassadors earn a royalty on every qualifying sale of their collection.

Participation is free. Ambassadors do not purchase inventory, handle shipping, or manage customer service. All of that is handled by Stile Corsa.

The Program is open to motorsport drivers at any level of competition — karting, Formula series, endurance, sim racing, drag, rally, and others. There is no minimum follower count or title requirement.

By applying, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if younger.
• You have the right to use your name, likeness, and any branding submitted in your application.
• Your participation does not conflict with any exclusive sponsorship or endorsement agreement you have signed.

Applications are submitted through the official form at stilecorsa.shop. Stile Corsa reviews every application individually and reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

Acceptance into the Program is confirmed via email. This Agreement becomes effective upon that confirmation.

Upon acceptance, Stile Corsa will design a custom merchandise collection ("Collection") under your name. The Collection may include items such as t-shirts, hoodies, caps, and other apparel, depending on your program level (see Section 5).

The Collection is made available for sale on stilecorsa.shop. Customers purchase directly from the store — you do not hold inventory, process payments, or handle fulfillment.

Stile Corsa retains the right to make minor adjustments to your Collection's designs for quality, production, or platform compatibility purposes.

Your level is determined by cumulative sales generated by your Collection. Levels are permanent — once reached, they do not reset.

Collection size (number of products available) expands with each level. Stile Corsa will notify you when you reach a new level and update your Collection accordingly.

You earn a royalty on every qualifying sale of your Collection, at the rate corresponding to your current level (see Section 5).

Royalties are calculated on the net sale price — the amount the customer actually pays for the product, after any applicable discount, and excluding taxes and shipping.

Qualifying sales include all sales of your Collection, including sales made during site-wide promotions or limited-time offers available on stilecorsa.shop.

Non-qualifying sales — which do not generate a royalty — include:

• Sales where your personal discount code was applied (see Section 7).
• Orders that are refunded, cancelled, or charged back.

Your personal discount code and any site-wide promotion cannot be combined on a single order.

Royalties are paid monthly, by the 15th of the following calendar month, via PayPal or bank transfer to the account details you provide. If your earned royalty for a given month is too small to process efficiently, Stile Corsa reserves the right to hold that amount and combine it with the following month's payment. You will always be notified when this occurs.

As an Ambassador, you receive a personal discount code for use on your own purchases from stilecorsa.shop. The discount rate corresponds to your current level (see Section 5).

You may refer other drivers to the Program. When a driver you referred makes a sale through their own Collection, you earn a referral royalty at the rate corresponding to your level (see Section 5).

To register a referral, the applying driver must enter your name in the designated referral field on their application form. Stile Corsa will verify the referral and confirm it to both parties. Referral royalties are included in your monthly payout.

Referral royalties apply only to sales made by referred Ambassadors — not to Driver Signature Program purchases. Stile Corsa reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program with 30 days' notice.

As part of the Program, Stile Corsa will periodically feature your Collection and profile on its official social media channels. The frequency of these features depends on your level and Stile Corsa's content calendar.

These features are provided as a benefit of the Program and are not guaranteed on a fixed schedule. Stile Corsa's promotional activity on your behalf is at its sole editorial discretion.

As an Ambassador, you agree to:

• Promote your Collection — share your Collection link on your social media channels and engage your audience authentically.
• Maintain activity — post about your Collection or motorsport activity on your social media at least once per week. Ambassadors who are inactive for 30 consecutive days without prior notice may have their Collection suspended (see Section 13).
• Represent the brand appropriately — conduct yourself in a manner consistent with Stile Corsa's values. Stile Corsa is a motorsport lifestyle brand and expects Ambassadors to behave professionally in public and online.
• Keep your contact information current — notify Stile Corsa of any changes to your payment details or contact email.
• Not misrepresent the Program — do not make false or exaggerated claims about royalty rates, product quality, or the Program's scope.

By joining the Program, you grant Stile Corsa a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your name, racing alias, social media handles, photos you provide, and likeness solely for the purpose of promoting your Collection and the Program on stilecorsa.shop and Stile Corsa's official marketing channels.

This license is limited to the duration of your participation in the Program and terminates upon exit.

Stile Corsa does not claim ownership of your name, image, or any personal branding you own.

All graphic designs, artwork, and visual assets created by Stile Corsa for your Collection remain the intellectual property of Stile Corsa LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these designs outside of the Program without written consent.

Your name, racing persona, and any original content you provide remain your own property.

If you are inactive for 30 or more consecutive days (no social media posts referencing your Collection or motorsport activity), Stile Corsa will send you a written notice via email.

If you do not respond to that notice within 2 business days from the time it was sent, or if you respond but fail to resume activity as agreed, Stile Corsa reserves the right to suspend or remove your Collection with no further notice.

The 2-business-day window begins from the timestamp of the notification email, regardless of when you read it.

By you: You may exit the Program at any time by notifying Stile Corsa in writing at hello@stilecorsa.com. No notice period is required. Your Collection will be taken offline within 2 business days of your request.

By Stile Corsa: Stile Corsa may terminate your participation at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of inactivity (see Section 13), conduct that damages the brand's reputation, violation of these Terms, or misuse of your discount code. In non-urgent cases, a notice will be provided. In cases of serious misconduct, termination may be immediate.

Upon termination:

• Your Collection is taken offline within 2 business days.
• Orders placed before the Collection is taken offline will be fulfilled normally.
• No new orders will be accepted once the Collection is offline.
• Any earned royalties accrued up to the termination date will be paid in the next regular monthly cycle.
• The license granted to Stile Corsa in Section 11 terminates immediately.

Stile Corsa does not guarantee any minimum level of sales, royalties, or visibility. Program benefits — including social media features — are provided on a best-effort basis and are not contractual commitments.

The Program does not constitute employment, a partnership, a joint venture, or any other business relationship beyond what is described in these Terms. You are an independent participant, not an employee or agent of Stile Corsa LLC.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stile Corsa LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the Program, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost opportunity, or reputational damage.

Stile Corsa's total liability to you under this Agreement shall not exceed the total royalties paid to you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Stile Corsa reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will notify active Ambassadors via email at least 14 days before the new Terms take effect. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may exit the Program following the procedure in Section 14.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming, or through mutual written agreement to an alternative dispute resolution method.
